Summer is here, along with my misery of hay fever. It’s my second year fighting against pollen and I just wanted to mention that antihistamines alone might not be enough to win the battle.

You should take Antihistamine and Nasal spray together (as per my pharmacist).

Wish I knew this a week ago. I am now taking Allevia (Fexofenadine) 120g tablet once per day and Beconase (Beclomethasone) nasal spray twice a day. Seems to be doing wonders. I can finally breathe now.
